[s-cars] WI/MN shop recommendation

I currently live in the twin cities and am in the process of moving to
Duluth.  I have used Anderson for the jobs that I either didn't know
how to do, or the ones I didn't want to do and would have no problem
recommending them to anyone.

There are a number of other independent wrenches around, but I haven't
had any personal experience with them.

When I move to Duluth, I will probably use Foreign Affairs for stuff I
can't handle myself.

As for the timing belt, I do my own.  Bring your car over with a case
of good beer and we'll get it done.
