[s-cars] rare morning stall. or is it just a yawn?

Gents, I'd appreciate anyone's input here. On two occasions; once this morning-previously one month ago, I am getting off the freeway after cruising approx 70-75mph for 10 minutes and I decelerate onto my exit and engage the clutch immediately upon just to lazily choose my next slower gear selection and sometimes to let it lay in idle before I come to a stop. Curiously this is the second time the car has stalled-identical place. Restarting while moving has never been a problem and may be accompanied by a slight, or imaginary, uneven idle @ 9300rpm and its never happened anywhere else or any other time. Weather conditions could be said to be below 70, cool, slight humidity. Does this tale alarm anyone or is just my 95 S6 telling me its 155K miles make it an individual. Thanks for your time guys, I wouldn't own my car or love it as much if I hadn't found this site and all of you before I jumped in and bought mine last November.  regards, Patrick - red
