I have a VAG-COM but this feature doesn't work. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks

Jim,

If you have Vag-com, check here for instructions to reset.

It's just another Audi electronic nanny reminder - and a dumb one at that.
Basically it's just a pair of count down timers.

Subject: [s-cars] Service Indicator message in trip odometer......

Hey all,

I've had a service indicator message go on my trip odometer upon startup for
quite sometime, "in 1" is what it would say. Now it has gone to "in 2"
recently. The manual just says "Servicing needed for "in 1" and "Additonal
Servicing Needed for "in 2." As I still need to perform the CPS
replacement, does this have anything to do with that? Or should I be
looking for something else? Car runs fine once it starts up, but I have
admittedly not pushed it beyond in town driving.

Thanks all.

Best regards,
