When I bought my '01 //S8 last fall, the only map for the nav system  
was the one for the Chicago area which was in the car. I didn't find  
this out until I got home to CT.  The dealer promptly sent me a brand  
new set when I asked but they are for the Navi-D not the C series that  
comes in the car.

So, if anyone is coming to //S-Fest and would like to bring copies of  
the map disks that mate with the Navi-C system that came stock in the  
2001 S8, I'd be much appreciative and I'll be more than happy to pass  
on the brand new set of maps that I have. Like I said, I believe they  
are for the next series, the Navi-D.
