[s-cars] Backup Light Pigtail R&R

There should be plenty of these available at a salvage yard for cheap if
you can harvest them yourself. Several models used the same bulb
holder for backup and rear fog lights. Get an extra.

The cause is a leaking taillight cover because of a leak through a
cracked lens or lock cylinder gasket. The lens for the center
section uses
a rope type sealant that usually doesn't leak unless someone tried to
reuse
a dirty or badly torn piece. If you have a cracked lens, look for a
replacement
at the same time. Any C4 part works for the center sections.
