[s-cars] Disabling dashboard clock self-adjust feature

No sat-nav.  Yes the dash-clock inside the tachometer.

I've had some feedback indicating that this radio-clock feature is specific
to the German model ("Funkuhr").  My German is nothing to write home about,
but I've been trying to figure this out by reading through some German web
forums.
