Any odd noises? Is your release bearing seized?
First thing would be a bleed. If no worky, then I'd order both since if one's bad the other can't be far behind, an you have to re-bleed the system anyway. You probably knew that.

Subject: [s-cars] Clutch pedal just went to the floor....
Is there a way I can diagnose if it is the master or slave cylinder? I don't have any leaking fluid anywhere and the connector rod to the back of the master cylinder is not broken.
While driving home about 2 miles my I noticed the pedal wasn't coming back up and I had to press harder and harder to get the gears to change. Now the pedal stays at the floor and can't change gears.
Can't see any visible leaks at master or slave cylinder and brake reservoir is full.
TIA
