Aaron,
That flex line is dealer-only (or someone like Impex).  That said, try genuineaudiparts.com, (Miramar Audi in SD, CA) or get up with Carson Heter @Riverside in NJ.  I got a quote from Carson and asked my dealer if they'd match the price +shipping and they came within about $2, so I bought it direct from them. 

As an alternative, that line is part metal tube and part rubber hose, and could probably very easily be made by any competent hose shop with metric fitting ability.

I don't know what the PSI on that line is, but there's nothing that I can see that makes it that special except for the bends in the metal tubing.
