[s-cars] possible marketplace scam

I recently purchased a PS taillight from him.  Very responsive until my
Paypal went through then nothing.  Made a couple attempt to contact him
via email (as we had done previously) with no luck.  Just when I was
getting ready to pull the plug, the part arrived and was in good shape.
Overall timeframe was around three weeks.

My recollection is that he is in the military, so maybe that has
something to do with it.  Out on maneuvers, etc.?

charles.lloyd at gmail.com
  and lists Elk Grove, CA phone 916 670 8231 ??

He had several audifans marketplace ads last week that have all been
pulled but I have them archived.  He wrote he was parting a '92 URS4,
black on black, and also had S6 parts for sale.  He has advertised some
stuff several times over the last 6 months so he looked legit.  But
someone who takes my money and goes incognito for 10 days is not legit
in my book.

I am anxious to hear any information about Charles, good or bad, like he
had a bad car wreck and is in the hospital, ate some bad turkey, etc.  :
