Kevin,

depending on where you live you may want to expore another option.
Have your bumper repaired, either at a traditional body shop or
by a relatively new option a bumper repair "specialist".

This is supposed to be significantly cheaper and quicker than replacing
the bumper.

In Kalamazoo (where I live) there is a place called Bumper911
http://www.bumper911.com/ that repairs plastic bumpers.

No connection to them or anyone else in this line of work, I have
not had any work done by them, just something to explore.
