[s-cars] Snow tire size debate - 15" vs 16"

15"s would not only make more effective snows, but they're SIGNIFICANTLY
cheaper in price/tire even in equivalent models than even 16's. If you don't
like the way the steelies look, go clean 'em up (bead blast 'em or
something) and get the DupliColor Wheel Coating paint. It actually looks
surprisingly good (just refinished my winter wheels for the Saabaru).
