I too heartily welcome you back Igor.? Are you truly back (as in residing in PA again) or just visiting for a spell?? I have a Phatty in my S8 and love it.? Check out a site called phathack.com.? They have some stuff there which will allow you to place a HD of your choice (read 200g) into the cartridge.? I was a bit disappointed with the sound quality so reloaded my music at a higher bit rate and installed a 10" sub in the trunk.? I can honestly say I love the sound of the Bose system now.? There was a complete Phatty on CL here in DC recently so check CL as well.? If I come across one in my web wanderings I'll drop you a line.

I too welcome you back. With regard to the Phatbox, i'm not sure about new, but 
there are usually a few for sale on the 2ndary market. I think I saw one this 
past week either on audifans or AW. Keep your eyes peeled.

Gents,

the trunk mounted 6-disk proprietary CD changer of dubious user friendliness
mated to the OEM Delta of questionable sound quality has finally given up
the ghost. Ok, thinks me, now it is time to step up to the 21st Century and
get something modern and convenient to use. A quick search on Audiworld
(gasp, I know, I know...) lead me to the obvious choice: a Concert I radio +
Phatbox. I already got the radio, for 18 bux I might add (gotta love ebay)
only to find out that Phatnoise is no more. Does anyone know who might be
selling the old stock of these systems?
