[s-cars] 93 S4 throws a 2341 code.. suggestions needed.- now hair balls!

Thanks for all the suggestions I have fixed my S4.

Bruce Everett reminded me to make sure I do the flow test. This is essential
to verify you have about 1.4 liters flow in 30 seconds.
My fuel pump (being 14 months old) was anemic to say the least.
Trick in all this is to drive almost all the fuel out of the tank, get the
needle to the reserve light status ignites.

Best place to measure is at the input to the fuel filter..

Bought a new Walpro pump (www.autoperformanceengineering.com) at Bruce's
suggestion and pulled it all apart on Saturday.

Noticed the intake screen blocked with what I'll describe as a hair ball!..
couldn't believe it , removed that clog and reinstalled it.
Check flow, and OMG it's meeting spec above.

Reassembly took 30 minutes and varoom!  Running stronger than ever.

I'll tell ya', this list continues to be invaluable to own these old
Quattros!
