[s-cars] emissions test failed

Well, I replaced the plugs, boots, O2 sensor, changed the oil, ran 2 bottles
of 'guaranteed to pass' valve cleaner, and ran it very hard and very hot to
no avail. The numbers are still not good.

Requires HC below 100 and CO below 0.5 - Reading 103 HC and 1.99 CO - a bit
worse than before.

She must be running rich like... The only thing I can think of is either
weak POS's or coils (no symptoms though). Any ideas what other sensors could
be failing that would allow such a condition?
My next attempt is to swap the RS2 injectors back to the OE ones or pull the
chipset back to stage 1 Lehman's I have on the shelf. Anyone got a stock ECU
I can borrow?
