[s-cars] PS hose needed

Quite a few listers have had good luck sending the bad hose
off to Spokane House of Hose to have them fit new hose to
the existing metal connectors.  If it's the "J" hose, I think it 
has a restrictor inside the hose, which they know to reuse.
