[s-cars] emissions test failed

With curiosity peaked, I will proceed..

1) Vag-com it, check any O2S adaptation numbers (O2 sensor is new).
2) Ohm-out the temperature sensor (it's new BTW) at the back of the head
(will try and do in situation, comparing with the HVAC code 51 readings as
it warms up) Compare with Bentley specs.
3) Swap to stock injectors, reset VMAP and use stock chips (thanks Bob).

If my local friendly shop has equipment and is willing, I'll try and get the
emission numbers before re-scheduling with the state MVS.
