[s-cars] Correct battery for C4?

I recently embarked on the same path and had the same problem finding the
answer - apparently it's all very hush-hush.  

It's a BCI Group 41, not the most popular (or available) of sizes. I've had
good luck with NAPA -  BAT7541.  About $90.

What is the correct battery size and spec for a C4 A6? I've googled but had
no luck. Owner's manual doesn't list the size.

Any particularly good (or bad) brands?
