[s-cars] '95 S6 no start

Gentlemen (and I use that term loosely) - I am back on the list.  I 
dropped off as I am switching jobs.  Anyway, I came across a '95 S6 with 
162k for $1200. 

The car the had an ignition problem and would buck at low rpm but ran 
fine at high rpm.  He had it to a supposed Audi specialist and they said 
they could not fix it.  He continued to drive it.  Then one day it just 
stopped running while he was driving it.   He had it towed to a VW 
dealer and they called and said they would not work on it.  He got the 
shits of it and bought a new car.  He wants the Audi gone.

So, a no-start '95 S6 for $1200 - any words of wisdom?

The car is real decent.  No rust except for some surface rust on the 
leading edge of the hood.  Interior is great except for wear on the 
drivers seat. The car is inspected and has recent tires and brakes.

I don't need the car but it seems like a great deal.   For a little bit 
of work I could have a nice car for the winter and sell it in the spring.
