Have you pulled any codes?  What does it act like when you are just  
turning the engine over?  Sputter?  All back to basics, right?   
Spark, Timing, Fuel?

The car is real decent.  No rust except for some surface rust on the
leading edge of the hood.  Interior is great except for wear on the
drivers seat. The car is inspected and has recent tires and brakes.

I don't need the car but it seems like a great deal.   For a little bit
of work I could have a nice car for the winter and sell it in the  
spring.
