[s-cars] Electronic Turn Signal Flasher for LED

Hi all,
    Have any of you replaced your incandescent turn signal bulbs with LEDs?
I'm trying to locate the turn signal flasher to see if I can replace it with
an electronic version.

Is this flasher replaceable or am I stuck using load resistors with the LED
bulbs?
