[s-cars] CEL came on while driving, won't restart found code 4411 - HELP! :-)

Up until now each time I tried to pull the codes there weren't any,
so no I haven't messed with the injector.

When the CEL is on it runs normal other than the stumble that can 
appear under acceleration which I have believed is a bad coil ( same
symptom as on the other S4)

Car runs exactly the same when the CEL is on, only difference is I
know when I shut it off it won't re-start.
