[s-cars] CEL came on while driving, won't restart found code 4411 - HELP! :-)

And here's my chimed in version, Dave: The complete ignition system
in my urS6 is new as of last year. _Everything_ was replaced part by
part. Left for last was the CPS because 1. no codes and 2.
replacement instructions started with "remove the entire front of the
car..." and, frankly, I was intimidated. Fortunately a brand new
best friend stopped by for some chip work on his car. Aaron is a
Certified VAG wrench. I told him my problems and he says "Do you
have the part? (yes) Would you like me to put it in for you - it's
only a 45 minute job?" Now what do you suppose my response
was? ;-) He put the new CPS in and the engine fired right up first
try and has consistently started and run well since then.

Is that your problem, Chris? I dunno but it sure sounds like a good
possibility - with one MAJOR difference. When mine went out the
engine would simply stop (just as if I had switched the ignition off)
even while cruising down the highway at 80 mph. It didn't wait for
me to turn off the ignition. IIRC, yours runs well until you shut it
down and then refuses to start again. That is a different behavior
than mine exhibited.
