[s-cars] Tires

I have had the Continental ContiExtremeContact on a Saab turbo before 
and they were great all season tyres.
I ended up with Avon on the 9-5 aero and they are poor in the snow....so 
I will use the Continental ContiExtremeContact on the Aero when the 
Avons are due for replacement.
