To all,
Thanks for the responses, you have given me plenty of areas to check when it
gets warm enough to play in the garage. From Calvin's description and from
what I was able to see I believe I may have the "broken plastic housing." So
the next question is, if it is the after-run pump do I have to remove the
intake manifold to get it off?
Thanks again,
Mark near Chicago (with 2 out of 5 cars road worthy)

If it is close to the engine and around the midpoint or further back I would
say most likely culprit is the plastic housing on the front of the after-run
pump seeping. You'll have to run your fingers underneath it to try and feel
any moisture. If it is further away from the engine then coolant tank
becomes a possibility.

Mark:
Check the following;
- after run coolant pump
- the turbo return line under the intake manifold (very hard to see, its
about
12 mm in dia and about 180 mm long)
- the t-stat housing - its plastic and can crack/deform
