[s-cars] Tar - Use WD-40

Hi Bob:

WD-40 contains methyltrichloroform (the same stuff
labe use to seperate the asphalt from the aggregate to
verify the mix of a batch).

Spray on, wait for tar to loosen.
Spray again (continue until you can scrape off with
finger).
then wipe with clean rag (shoudl come right off).

The clean and rewax.
