[s-cars] Coolant expansion tank connection

Alan,
Welcome to the S-car list!
The tank is plastic and the "nipple" is the steel insert you see
with plastic around it.
This is a common problem, and there is no "fix"...btdt, simply
replacement of the tank.
I'd call http://www.germanautoparts.com/ at 1-877-443-7626,
they normally have good prices.
I am sure others will recommend other good sources for this part.
