[s-cars] S4 thermostat replacement

Another note of caution.  Fit the thermostat into the plastic
gooseneck housing FIRST, then bolt to the block.  If the thermostat is
not orientated correctly, you can fracture the gooseneck (don't ask).
The O-ring goes between the thermostat and the gooseneck.
