[s-cars] S6 Instruments lost power

I had a weird electrical problem in my old 1990 90 where IIRC the
speedo, odo and fuel gauges were inop. Made me carry a gas can in the
trunk, as my guessing at range was wildly optimistic. Turned out to
be a bad ground on the back of the cluster. Took ages of
troubleshooting to not find it, then poking around on something
completely unrelated exposed my eureka moment. And I'm not talking
about walking around with an underwear hat and swim goggles.
Of course, YMMV.
