[s-cars] S6 Instruments lost power

A couple thoughts...

The instruments are provided a constant 5V via a solid state voltage
regulator. It may have fried.

You may have a bad instrument power ground.

Nope.  All lights work OK.  Including the dash instrument illumination
lights.  All external lights work, including both license plate lights.
It's the instruments themselves that don't work, plus the warning
lights in the dash assembly.
