[s-cars] More RS2-related info for downloading

Speaking of all this, I've been hunting for C4 wiring diagrams for some 
time.  If anyone can point me somewhere I'd very much appreciate it.  
I'm having trouble shelling out for the manual when all I really care 
about so far is that one section.
