[s-cars] Winter door latch woes...

Steve,

I have reattached the bowden cable that runs between the latch and the
inner handle without taking the window carrier sub-assembly out.  It's
tight, but doable.

As others have pointed out, to R&R the latch, you have to disassemble
the entire door.
