[s-cars] Rear Defroster Switch

I absolutely HATE the timed rear window defoggers.  A lot of times here in 
the Pacific Northwest the defogger needs to be on for the entire trip, even 
if it's hours long.  I've been driving through the mountains at night in 
winter numerous times when I'd need to see out the rear window and it's all 
fogged up because the dang thing shut itself off.  It's not a convenience, 
it's a nuisance.
