[s-cars] rear headrest needed

I had to get a pair for my S6 when purchased 5 years ago,. Recaro said
dealer only. Dealer said $1000 each. Paid $60 for the pair off Ebay!

A6 headrests of same era fit.

That is correct. The rear headrest mounts welded to the bodywork behind the
rear seatback are spaced differently in the UrS6 compared to the UrS4, so
you can't just swap seatbacks to change headrests.

Sorry, what I meant to say is that they are not compatible.  UrS4 and UrS6
headrests appear not to be interchangeable.
