[s-cars] Coolant loss / Use

My 93 S4 has traditionally been perfect regarding coolant loss. But recently
I have been chasing coolant loss and found these:

	1) T-pipe behind engine - this is a plastic pipe with a temp sender
attached. The pipe had an invisible crack discovered only when it was pulled
apart.
	2) small hose on the thermostat housing to the water pipe was
leaking.
	3) coolant reservoir leaked from the over-pressure release vent

	4) possible, but not in my experience, would be coolant loss from
the turbo to the intake.
