[s-cars] Water in Right Rear Footwell - Cause/fix?

You mountaineers have a leg up on the rest of us, so to speak, Bob,
since your passenger might be more quick to notice the wet carpet
with bare feet.  :-)  The WV parking areas are sometimes inclined
more steeply than many other locales as well.  If we do have water
moving from front to back, we are discussing a lot of water, and I
would want to get my ECU to higher ground also.

I'm thinking we may not have all the essential information about this
incident, Mark.  Was the vehicle parked outdoors in the rain with the
windows and sunroof closed when this problem was discovered?
