the injectors get a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal. that signal
is hard to see without a storage oscilloscope. but...
I'd try taking an injector out, or use a spare, to see if it ever gets
the signal. you should be able to feel it buzz in your hand. that
won't tell you whether it's happening at the correct time but it would
tell you if it's happening at all.
alternatively use a higher-end DVM and put it on AC. you might see
some signal. if your DVM does peak hold, even better.
