[s-cars] Tire choices for S-car

One comment, for those whom wonder why I'm stuck looking a no-seasons is
that in my area, the transition period from summer to winter and back (we
don't seem to have a spring or fall here anymore) is sooo long that season
specific tires don't cover the conditions anymore. It can be in the 70's by
day and mid-low 30's at night and if it rains and I'm on summers, I'm
screwed. FWIW, with full summers on the DD right now, I was forced to run on
my Nokian WR G2's for 5 full months to meet conditions. At least I can have
most of my fun for more of the year if I end up with UHP no-seasons rather
than full summers. It sucks, I know.
