[s-cars] windshield wipers

I went through this recently.  The likely cause is that the wiper arm
between the mounting point and the hinge is bent.  It should be completely
straight.  It is unbelievable how much it bends.  I wouldn't bother with
tweaking.  Just replace the arm with a new one from the dealer.  They're
around $30 from Sunset Audi.  Night and day difference.
