[s-cars] Troubleshoot a no start issue

I live in Bum-F WI, have an additional dead GrS6 (burnt valve) and I greatly
appreciate the offer.  I have a P-tester from my 2001.5 1.8T days and the
test procedure (IIRC) was to also plug the intake hose at the 710 valve...
...correct?

On a serious note Brooke where are you? I have my boost leak tester 
here in Kalamazoo, MI and a car up on jack stands with all sorts of
known good parts we can borrow from it.
