[s-cars] FW: Troubleshoot a no start issue

Yes Mark, I did... ...but finding a sober, sacrificial virgin with a full
complement of teeth in Wisconsin took longer than expected.  ;-)

Honestly, I have not had a chance to introduce fuel down the cylinders; I'll
give it whirl when I get home.
