Haven't seen this mentioned so I'll toss another suggestion into your 
to-do list.  Did you check your MAF connection.  I can tell you that if 
it is not plugged in, or is loose, or has a bad connection, or a broken 
wire, your engine will turn over and might actually cough, but will 
never start - BTDT.
