Does it happen when cruising along or only under accelleration?
If it happens under acceleration does it happen say around 3500 - 4500
rpm?
I had an abrupt buck that felt like the engine shut off momentarialy,
it
never popped any codes.
Long story short the ecu incorrectly sensed overboost and shut off fuel
momentarialy.
Culprit ended up being dirty connections at the MAF/MAF cable.
My understanding is that a torn boost hose like say the michelin man
hose can also trigger the overboost shut off.
