[s-cars] Interesting news

I totally agree. Flash back to 1986, my father and I picked up his '86 Audi
5000s from Dover, Del and proceeded to drive it to Minot, ND. He was
stationed in Germany (USAF) and that is where I got my driver's license. So
being 17 and diving for the first time in the US, I was very pissed at the
American driver's crappy driving skills, left lane hogging, etc. Hey, I was
used to German driving. My dad had to remind me that the 'Murrican driver
was not as diciplined as the German drivers and to get used to it.
I still think you should have to take the written test every renewal and the
full test w/driving every 10 years. Would help weed out some of the idiots,
or at least make them re-learn the rules.
