Randy,

If the other suggestions don't pan out, my guess is that your left front lower control arm needs replacing.
Your high speed right turns could be putting enough inward cornering force on the left tire to overcome the tension force on the control arm. The lower control arms are usually in tension because the wheels are outboard from the struts. Any looseness in the ball joint or inner bushing can allow oscillations to occur.
