Those parts just bolt on/off. Unless the "frame" (unit body) itself was bent, 
you should be able to repair it yourself.  Have a body man look at it (or trust 
the adjuster).

As for parting it out... unless you have the space, and don't mind the hassle of 
answering a ton of questions, having people back out of agreements, finding 
boxes to ship stuff in, getting big stuff to a shipping point, and hoping the 
check clears, you may find it more trouble than it is worth.
