[s-cars] Instructions for DIY Carbon Fibre CC surround overlay

If you have wood trim, doing a CF overlay makes no sense.  However, if you had CF trim, 
e.g.93 S4 or other C4 S-car with CF trim, it could make sense.  I just wanted to do it. 
And, once done,   to share.
