Hey Taka,

It is just a one day event - Saturday. 

A hand truck would be helpful.  The event is on pavement so it would be 
easy rolling.

Useless tidbit:  A friend sold some photographs to Seinfeld there a 
couple years ago.  He didn't know it was Seinfeld at the time 
(sunglasses and hat) until he walked away and he partner told him.
