Harold:
OK, what I am proposing is highly illegal and I do not condone such
activities.
1. sell your car to an out of state "friend" and register it there
2. remove the VIN and replace with a 1995 VIN
3. buy said 1995 S6 from friend and register it in NH
4. swap VIN back
5. (optional) change your name and go underground into the "Audi witness
protection program"
