Now this next remark is going to sound outrageous, consider it a last
resort.
And Pinatta' Man will rebel and flame me for saying this.. 
 
Last resort: Sell it to a place where OBDII is not required (where's
that?) or Part it out-  I'll bet you'll make a good chunk of cash..
 
Also: Do not manipulate VIN's I believe this might be considered a
felony in today's legal system.
