Other than Kroil spray, most penetrating oils might as well get sprayed on
your foot.

Big ass vice grips that are on as tight as you posibly can so they wont chew
the inner rod where its squared and your equally big spanner of choice on
the outer. Back and forth to clean the threads till its backed off. Maybe
some mapp gas..
